It's the weekend and that means..... "Mac and Cheese"...Yes Please.
So yummy and gooey with all that cheese. When we designed this recipe we thought about how can we add our "Paleo/Keto/Gluten Free" twist yet keep the oh! so kid test yumminess of Mac and Cheese. So, we start with 3 kinds of cheese, yes 3 cheeses, added chicken for protein and here is the coolest twist - Quinoa* noddles. Not even the kids can tell the difference and they don't even know how healthy it is for them .... so shhhhhhh don't tell 'em. Just enjoy this organic, healthy Paleo/Keto/Gluten-Free crockpot / instapot meal.

Bird Rock Mac and Cheese Servings 4 Organic Cubed Chicken Breast 1 lbs Organic Quinoa Elbow Noodles 2 cups Three Blended Cheese 4 cups Organic evaporated milk 28 oz (1 can) Organic Unsalted butter 2 TBSP Finely ground sea salt 1 tsp Organic Dijon Mustard 2 tp Smoked Paprika 1 tp Optional Additions: Mozzarella Fresh Basil
