Kid Friendly Meals
All our "Adult Meals" generally are focused on "Clean-Eating." In other words healthy, organic, sugar-free, gluten-free and often meet the Paleo/Keto guidelines. We also spice the meals generously with all organic spices to ensure maximum bursting flavors.
With our Kid Friendly Meals, we do our best to keep our focus on all organic and healthy ingredients, however we don't focus on sugar-free, Gluten-Free and Paleo/Keto guidelines. For example, for we use regular pasta noddles instead of Quinoa noodles. We also tone down the spice levels to ensure that kids love it and portion the sizes to half that of the adults and price it accordingly. Below is an explanation of the portion sizes.
1 KID PORTION - 1 Portion
We put 1/4 lbs (4 oz) of the meats (Chicken, Pork, Beef) in a meal when combined with vegetables. When the meal is only the meats (Chicken, Pork or Beef) then we use 3/8 lbs (6 oz) per portion.
Pasta/Rice we put 1/4 cup per portion
Vegetables vary from 1/8 lbs to 3/8 lbs
1 ADULT PORTION - 1 Portion
We put 1/2 lbs (8 oz) of meats (Chicken, Pork, Beef) in a meal when combined with vegetables. When the meal is only the meats (Chicken, Pork or Beef) then we use 3/4 lbs (12 oz) per portion.
Pasta/Rice we put 1/2 cup per portion
Vegetables vary from 1/4 lbs to 3/48 lbs

They work wonderfully and can be used to cook the "Kids Meals" separately.
