Don't have a crock pot or insta pot don't worry all our meals can also be cooked on the Stovetop or Oven/Broil or BBQ.

We custom prepare your personalized artisan healthy meal from scratch using all fresh organic ingredients and no added preservatives. We then vacuum seal and flash freeze your meals to lock in the flavors.

2. We Deliver
We then offer Free* local delivery or fast shipping (overnight or Free* two day delivery), As the prepared meals are flash frozen they will easily last during shipment.
3. You Cook
You then thaw them out, remove from vacuum pouch,and cook them using your crock pot, slow cooker, insta pot, ninja foodie, stove top, oven/broiler or BBQ. Most pro's use a combination.
4. Enjoy
